WORKING EXPERIENCE
He has extensive experience in foreign loan syndication for Nigerian projects in importation/repatriation of foreign capital, investments and dividends. He has extensive experience as an expert in Commercial Arbitration, Trade and Industrial law, Legal Aspects of International Finance, Maritime Law, Economic Crimes and Torts. He has served at various times, as an adviser to the Bureau of Public Enterprises in review of Legal/Regulatory process of the Nigerian Ports Authority, Nigerian Railway Corporation, Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria.
He has also participated in the Bureau of Public Enterprises’ Organized Workshop Concerning Competition and Anti-Trust Measures in the New National Industrial/Trade Policy. In 2001, he advised the Nigerian Communications Commission during the GSM Bidding/Licensing Process on fresh regulatory framework. He has equally undertaken various forms of dispute settlement through the process of Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation both in Nigeria and Internationally. He was also a member, Legal Advisory Team on the Privatisation of the British Railways.
