Born 14th of November 1963, in Ibadan to Chief & Mrs J.A.O. Odebiyi both of blessed memory. He attended All Saints Primary School, Jericho, and Government College Ibadan, where he sat and passed his West African Examination Council O’level in July 1980.
In August 1982, he gained admission to a private boarding School, the prestigious Lake Forest Academy, Lake Forest, Illinois, United State of America. (USA).
Following his father’s footsteps in the construction industry, gentleman Tolu began his University Degree at the prestigious Wentworth Institute of Technology, Boston Massachusetts, USA in 1984. He graduated in 1986 with a B.Sc cum laude in Building Construction and Engineering Technology, a studious guy,Tolu continued his education at the University of Massachusetts where he obtained other professional certificates.

WORKING EXPERIENCE
While working with Long & Foster, USA, he played a lead role in generating and brokering commercial and residential transactions in excess of $150million, he was awarded top producing broker by the firm, for three consecutive years for closing transactions in excess of $15million.
He holds strategic responsibility amongst others for project structuring, business development and appraisal, transaction management and real estate advisory.
Chief Odebiyi, has managed and supervised the development of various real estate projects both here in Nigeria, Ghana and United States of America.
Tolu brings on board strong leadership qualities in business management, strategic thinking, corporate governance, business development, people management and market knowledge. Over the years, he has served in various capacities in leading roles as an Assistant General Manager, General Manager, Managing Director, Managing Partner and Chairman of various companies. He brings on board, strong business development and execution skills, 0ver 20 years of management experience, organizational skills both here and abroad including board interaction and presentation skills. Based on his pedigree he has a wide range of high level business, government and individual contacts. In recognition of his skills and competences.
Tolu was recognized and selected by two different administrations of the Ogun State Government of Nigeria to serve.
POSITION
He currently sits on the board of Ogun State Judiciary Committee as a member. He played lead role in the management of Broll Nigeria, a subsidiary of Broll South Africa. He led the team in the initial business relationship with Tinapa business resort, Palms shopping mall, Standard Chartered bank and Dangote amongst others. He was pivotal to the growth of the property management portfolio of the company by $100m.
Though he was exposed to Nigerian politics early in life, by traversing the whole of Yewa/Awori land during the Unity Party of Nigeria (UPN) campaign with his father he was never a card carrying member of any political Party until now a member of All Progressive Congress (APC). Gentleman Tolu is the only son and carbon copy of that indefatigable, prominent and distinguish Senator J. A. O. Odebiyi.
