Abayomi Akinbode Omoyinmi was born in London in the 60s to the family of late Chief Akinlolu Omoyinmi and Mrs Oyebimpe Omoyinmi. He did his elementary studies up till secondary school in Nigeria before proceeding to the UK for further studies where he obtained National Certificate and Higher National Certificate in Business and Finance and later, LL.B (Hons) Law. He was called to the Nigeria Bar after completing the bar part 1 and 2 programme in 1996.  He was a partner with B & O Associates Legal Consultants in London and later became deputy head and principal of Akinlolu Omoyinmi and Co. Barristers, Solicitors and Notary Public. He has been in private legal practice till date and also belong to few social clubs in the country. He is a member of Nigeria Bar Association Ikeja Branch, International Bar Association and Fellow Certified Board of Administrator. He is married with 3 children.
